“Noons Towing,” “we,” “us,” or
“our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you call us
or use our website. Noon Designs Media LLC is a vehicle assistance and
dispatch referral platform that connects customers with
independent, licensed third-party service providers. This policy applies
to customers in the United States.
Information we collect
- Information you provide when you call: your name,
the phone number you call from, a callback number, and the vehicle and
location details you share so we can arrange service (for example,
vehicle make/model, your location, and the type of help you need).
- Payment information: details needed to process
payment for the services you request. Card payments are handled by our
third-party payment processors.
- Website visit data: your IP address,
device and browser information (such as device type, operating system,
and browser), the pages you view, and referring/traffic-source data.
- Advertising identifiers: ad-click identifiers such
as the Google Click ID (gclid) and related campaign/keyword parameters,
captured when you arrive from an online advertisement so we can measure
advertising performance (attribution).
- Call recordings: calls may be recorded or monitored
for quality, training, and record-keeping purposes.
How we use information
- To locate, dispatch, and coordinate your requested service through an
independent, licensed provider.
- To process and collect payment for the services you request.
- To measure and improve our advertising — including sharing conversion
data (such as whether a call led to a completed job and its value) with
Google Ads — and to attribute calls to the ad or campaign that drove
them.
- For internal analytics, to operate, secure, and improve our website
and service, and to comply with legal obligations.
How we share information
We share information only as needed to provide and improve the service:
- Independent service providers: the independent,
licensed provider fulfilling your request receives the details needed to
reach you and perform the service (such as your name, callback number,
location, and vehicle details).
- Payment processors: to process payment for requested
services.
- Advertising and analytics platforms: including Google
(Google Ads and analytics), to measure conversions and improve campaign
performance.
- Legal and safety: when required by law, or to protect
our rights, users, or the public.
We do not sell your personal information to data brokers.

session and to support advertising attribution (for example, tying a call
back to the ad click that led to your visit). You can control cookies
through your browser settings; disabling them may affect how the site

Data retention

measure advertising, meet legal and accounting requirements, and resolve
disputes — after which it is deleted or de-identified.

Children’s privacy
Our website and services are not directed to children under 18, and we do
